Broccoli | Waltham 29
Latin name: Brassica oleracea var. italica

Description: A hardy and substantial microgreen that has a deliciously mild, fresh broccoli or cabbage flavor and makes a great garnish and addition to any microgreens salad.

Kohlrabi | Purple Vienna
Latin name: Brassica oleracea var. gongylodes

Description: Kohlrabi microgreens are prized not only for their diversity in cooking applications, but also because they are packed with nutrients and minerals. They are similar in texture to broccoli microgreens, but they have a milder, sweeter flavor. The perfect addition to slaws and salads, their vibrant purple color adds delicious visual appeal to any dish!

Description: A great mustard for microgreens, this has a rather sharp flavor that brings a great zing to sandwiches and salads. A little milder when grown on to adult green size. The flavor of this mustard microgreen is astounding and strong like wasabi.

Radish | China Rose
Latin name: Raphanus sativus

Texture: Crunchy & succulent
Taste: Spicy, radish flavor with hints of floral & sweetness
Description: Great in any microgreen or full-sized salad. Use in any dish in place of sliced radish.
